A creative round is our internal measurement of creative output. Think of it as design horsepower. Your designer works in 1 business day creative rounds, which means they work on your account every day.
A creative round begins once a request is assigned to a designer. Sometimes this is immediate, but if further assets or clarification is needed the round can be pushed back. Requests will not be assigned if they're unclear, vague, or missing required assets and information.
Requests or revisions received after the cut-off, during the weekend or on a US holiday will start the next business day.
We aim to deliver requests as soon as possible, however, how many requests you receive in a creative round depends on many factors. Some clients with simple requests, see more work completed. Other clients, with more complex or higher volume needs, might not see the same completion velocity.
