DUPLICATING REQUESTS

Did you know that you can duplicate your previously submitted requests?
One of Solution Oliver Platform's cool features is to save you time when you copy, paste, and resubmit templated requests.
It's a very simple process!
Head over to the Solution Oliver Platform and click on the Copy button of the request that you want to duplicate.
It will generate a new request.
TIP: Before sending it to your team, make sure to change the subject title and adjust the description and/or priority as needed.
If you need to add stock photos or attach any assets, please don't forget to do so! Duplicating requests will copy all the instructions and text fields, but not attachments! 📎 📄
That's it! Now go forth and duplicate!
