CANCELLING OR DELETING A REQUEST

Don't need a request that's in your queue anymore?
That's fine! You can delete requests from your queue that haven't started work already.
Option 1
To cancel the request, head to your queue section under the "Projects" menu item. Find the request you would like to cancel and click on the "X" icon next to it to cancel it.
Please note this will transfer your request to the "Cancelled" tab on projects
Option 2
To delete the entire request, head to your queue section under the "Projects" menu item. Find the request you would like to delete and click on the "Trash" icon next to it to delete it.
Please note this will completely delete your entire request.
